We provide accurate "clean verbatim" transcripts for industrial hearings, investigations, interrogations and interviews.
Since 1993, our "niche" marketplace has been the railroad industry and now we are expanding into other areas. Because the majority of our transcripts are used for legal purposes in arbitration-type situations, we are committed to providing a very high quality and interpretation of the spoken word.
Our projects come to us in various formats: digital or audio files, CD's and cassette tapes. Transcripts are completed in a timely manner and distributed electronically or printed and mailed as directed.
Tapes: We recommend four-channel recorders for industrial hearings. This provides our transcriptionists the ability to tune in on one microphone when multiple people are speaking. Normally we'll identify each person by their full name except when in the Question & Answers (Q&A) where we will separate them as Q or A.
Digital Files: With the advancement of technology, we can also provide transcription via audio/digital files. These files can be sent to us in three different methods:
1) Through the CASnet Program, which allows you to quickly upload your file to our server.
2) Or, if you choose, we can access your FTP Site and download files to our server.
3) Finally, your files can be physically copied to a CD and mailed to us.
Please note: If we are requested to identify each participant, and there are more than two individuals present at the time of recording, we prefer software that offers four-channel recordings. This assists our transcriptionists in correctly identifying voices and allows us to provide you a more accurate transcript.
We provide accurate transcripts of the industrial interviews conducted internally. This is offered via digital technology or via audio tapes sent directly to us. Transcripts are completed in a timely manner and distributed electronically or mailed out as directed.
