What types of media do you accept?

- Digital Files - most formats
- Cassette Tapes: Standard, Micro, and 4-Channel

How long will it take to get a copy of the transcript?

This is totally dependent upon the timeline requirements. We will work within your timelines.

What do you do with my cassette tape when the job is completed?

Casette tapes will always be returned to you.

Can you estimate how much my job will cost?

What word processing formats do you support?

We have standardized on Microsoft Word, and most of your transcripts will be in the Rich Text (rtf) or Word (doc) format.

How do you distribute the transcripts upon completion?

We will make your file available to you through email or the CAS FTP Site. Often we mail out copies of transcripts to Union members, charged employees or others.
